What data we process
- Account data (name, e-mail) if you register to try the features — please use test data only.
- Messages sent through the contact form.
- Technical server logs (IP address, requested pages) kept briefly for security.
We use this data only to run the demo. It is never sold or used for marketing, and no e-mails are sent from this site. All demo data is reset periodically, which permanently removes accounts, carts and messages.
Cookies
The site sets only strictly necessary cookies (session, language, cart preference) required for the shop to function. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, which is why no cookie consent banner is shown.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to or deletion of your data at any time: write to contact@moonivo.com, or use the built-in GDPR tools in your demo account. The periodic reset usually deletes it first.
